How do I experience my journey trial through TYPE S Drive App?Connect to your dash cam with TYPE S Drive App, select the video through SD card tap of gallery mode. And You can press "Play" button to play the footage or press "Map" to show GPS location while the footage is playing back.
My dash camera is hot and stop working, is it malfunctioning?No, the dash camera has entered high temperature protection to prevent dash camera electronic components from heat damage. Your camera may be prolong exposured to sunlight, please let the dash camera cool down and it will resume to work when the temperature return normal.
May I change WiFi password to avoid other people connecting to my dash cam?Yes, please use TYPE S Drive App connect with your 360 dash cam and change your WiFi password in "Change WiFi Password" setting.
I can't connect to my dash cam in TYPE S Drive App.(1) Please check your dash cam WiFi function is enable. Enter WiFi setting page in dash camera to make sure it is enable and then you can find WiFi signal icon on the upper right side of screen monitor.(2) Please check TYPE S Drive App connect dash cam with correct WiFi password. You can find password in dash cam WiFi setting page.
How can the dash cam get powered?You can connect to 12V power source from vehicle's cigarette plug with the cable provided in package.Or you can hardwiring the camera to vehicle fuse panel with the hardwire cable provided in package.
This camera's 4K recording, how long can it record? Loop recording, the recording time is one video time is one video every 1min/3min/5min, you can choose it on setting.
Can I see the signs on the road at night?Yes, you can see it really clear, even on the highway road too.
Does the 24H parking feature shut off after the car's battery gets too low?Yes, with low voltage protection, the hardwire kit will automatically cut off the power after 20 second.
