📦 Processing Time
- Orders placed before 11:00 AM PT (Monday–Friday) will be processed the same business day.
- Orders placed after 11:00 AM PT will be processed the next business day.
- We do not process orders on weekends or U.S. public/federal holidays.
- During high-volume periods, shipments may be delayed by a few days. You can track your order via our Order Status page.

📍 Shipping Destinations
Continental U.S. (48 States)
- Free UPS Ground shipping for orders $50 or more.
- Expedited services (UPS 2nd Day, Next Day Air) available at checkout; shipping cost is calculated based on item weight/dimensions.
Non-Continental U.S.
- We ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Virgin Islands via discounted UPS Ground rates.
- Expedited services may not be available for battery-powered items in these regions due to shipping restrictions.
Restrictions
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Will all items in my order arrive together?
We do our best to ship items together. However, orders may ship in multiple packages depending on availability or shipping requirements. Each shipment will have its own tracking information.
Can I change the shipping address after placing my order?
You may cancel or update your order within 60 minutes. After that, no changes can be made.
If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address, we cannot offer replacements or refunds.
🔔 Important Notes
- Orders canceled more than 1 hour after being placed may incur return shipping fees.
- If incorrect address information is provided and causes a failed or lost delivery, the customer assumes full responsibility.
