What is operation voltage?
DC 12V only.
Can more than one Hub Controller be used at once?
More than one Hub Controller can be used at once, but they cannot be controlled separately if placed within 35 feet of each other.
Is this kit expandable?
Yes, there are Plug & Glow Extensions available.
My LED kit still won't connect to my phone....
Make sure the bluetooth function is turned off in your mobile device.
Pressing the Smart Hub Controller reset button for 3 seconds or disconnect the power from the car battery to make sure the Smart Hub enter pairing mode.
Follow on-screen instructions to set the password.
Avoid changing the password without connecting to the Smart Hub may cause an invalid password the next time your App and Smart Hub are activated.
My LED kit won't connect to my phone.
Unpair the Bluetooth pairing with Smart Hub controller in your mobile device.
Reset by pressing the Smart Hub Controller reset button for 3 seconds or disconnect the power from the car battery.
The app password is not working.
The Password functions as follows:
– Password Function only available with Off-Road and Exterior Kit
– Enter a “Password” to secure your device’s connection to the Bluetooth Hub so that another device
is unable to control it
– If the lights are powered off or reset, the function will reset to “Open” status.
– Re-enter the password to secure control again
– This only allows 1 device to connect at a time
