How to access/view the camera?You may view the camera via our TYPE S Drive app, available on both iOS and Android, free of any charge.The camera can’t connect to my phone.Exit the app, go into your phone’s Wi-Fi settings menu, connect to the camera there first, and then go back into the TYPE S Drive app, it should connect then.The app says connected but it’s all black and not showing anything.Please turn off the app, turn off your Wi-Fi, and then back on again. Reconnect to the camera, open the TYPE S Drive app again. It should work then.How’s the camera installed? How do I know that it’s compatible with my vehicle?The camera can be seamlessly installed over your rear license plate; it is universally compatible with all vehicles (license plates), no need to worry.My license plate is not “centered”, is that ok?No problem! Our camera has an extremely wide viewing angle, it’ll still cover the entirety of the road behind you.What if it’s cloudy or raining outside, will the camera still be charged?It’ll still charge but slower. According to our calculations, unless you use the camera over 20 times per day everyday for two weeks straight, you shouldn’t be running into any sort of power/battery issue.Can I place the camera in the front on my front license plate?Yes, you can! Just remember to “flip” the image horizontally via the TYPE S Drive app!How long does it take to fully charge the camera?If you connect it to a power source directly via the USB cable, it’ll take ~1.5 hours to charge from 0 to 100. Solar charging is much slower; we recommend fully charging the camera using the power cable before installing.
