How do I use the LED flashlight?
Press the power button for 5 seconds or until the LED starts to illuminate. Press the power button again until the correct light mode appears. There are three options: ON, Strobe, or SOS.
Can I charge two USB powered devices at the same time?
Yes, both USB ports can be used at the same time. One port will charge a maximum output of 2.1A, and the other 1A for a total of 3.1A.
Is there an adapter for the USB cable with the packaging for wall charging?
A wall adapter was not included in the packaging, but can be purchased at almost any retail store (Target, Walmart, Best Buy, Amazon, etc). To reduce the risk of fire or electric shock, choose an adapter that is certified as a Class 2 or LPS power supply or power adapter. In most cases, you already have a wall adapter from a smartphone or tablet purchase.
Can I replace the batteries inside?
No, no modifications should be made to the jump starter. Removing the lithium batteries yourself may cause a serious injury. Do not attempt to make any modifications to the device.
How much lithium is in the jump starter?

Can I throw the device into my garbage can with my other trash?

How long does it take to recharge the jump starter?
The jump starter will take approximately 4-5 hours for a full charge.
How often should I recharge the jump starter?
We recommend checking the battery level once every two to three months if you have not been using the device. If the LED indicator lights show three solid lights or less, it's time to recharge the device.
What do the power indicator lights mean?
1 Flashing LED light: battery capacity is below 5%
1 Solid LED light: battery capacity is between 5%-25%
2 Solid LED lights: battery capacity is between 26%-50%
3 Solid LED lights: battery capacity is between 51%-75%
4 Solid LED lights: battery capacity is between 76%-100%
How do I jump start a 12V vehicle?
1. Check that the number of indicator lights is not less than 3.
2. Connect the red battery clamp of jumper cable to the vehicle’s positive (+) battery terminal and connect
the black battery clamp of jumper cable to the vehicle’s negative (-) battery terminal.
3. Caution! Do not connect the red clamp (+) and the black clamp (-) at the same time.
4. Ensure the battery clamps are connected correctly, and the connectors are free from rust and dirt.
5. Plug the blue cord jumper cable into the jump start socket, and ensure the blue plug is secured.
6. Start the vehicle.
7. Once the vehicle starts, remove the jumper cable from the unit.

How do I know if my car is 12V?
Check with your car manufacturer. Most cars batteries are 12V unless it is a diesel fueled car. If it is a 24V car, do not use this jump starter.
Why do I need to drive the car for 30 minutes after jump starting?
Driving 20-30 minutes after jump starting helps charge the car battery further or you may need another jump start.
Which battery terminal do I connect the black clamp to?
Connect the black clamp to the negative terminal.
Which battery terminal do I connect the red clamp to?
The red clamp is for the positive terminal.
What does it mean when neither LED (red or green) light up?
That is very unusual. Please contact us for troubleshooting.
What does a solid red and solid green light mean?
Disconnect the jumper cable from the car battery and jump starter to reset. This status shows up after 30 seconds indicating the jump start process has timed out.
What does a blinking red light (green off) with a beeping noise mean?
Disconnect the jumper cable from the car battery and jump starter. The car jump is either complete or there is a connection issue.
What does a solid red light (green light is off) mean?
The jump starter needs to be charged.
What does a solid green light on (red off) mean?
It means the car battery is ready for jump start.
Why do the red and green LED lights start blinking when I connect the cables to the jump starter?
This is a visual indicator to show your car is ready to be jump started. If the indicator does not turn solid green, this indicates the car battery voltage is higher than the jump starter. You can still jump start your battery, but may need to charge your jump starter.
The engine dies shortly after it was jump started or as soon as the jump starter is disconnected
The vehicle charging system may not be working (bad alternator, voltage regulator, wiring problem or loose/dirty battery cables). Please seek a mechanic for help. The jump start may also not work correctly for vehicles that require remote battery jumper locations (i.e. battery located in the trunk or other location).
